Civil marriage for non-Muslims
Abu Dhabi established a civil personal-status court for non-Muslims under a 2021 law, and civil marriages are contracted there for residents and visitors. It is the only civil route of its kind in the country.
Religious ceremony
A Muslim marriage is contracted through the Sharia courts in any emirate, on their own requirements for witnesses and documents.
Recognition at home is your own country's decision
The platform neither predicts it nor promises it: check with your embassy or competent authority before booking anything. The certificate may also need attestation and translation after it is issued.
Documents are legalised before you travel, not after
Passports, certificates of marital status and any previous divorce decree are attested in the issuing country first. This is the longest step in the whole timeline.
No fee is quoted here: court and attestation fees are set by government and change, and a figure on this page would be quoting on somebody else's behalf.

The practical part
What actually decides the day
The season
November to March for anything outdoors. Summer is entirely indoors: June to September is hot and humid on the coast.
Permits
Ceremonies on beaches and in public places need a municipality permit, and amplified music has a curfew set by the municipality rather than the venue.
Drones
Drone filming needs registration and prior authorisation; it is not something to launch because a venue said it was fine.
Hospitality
Alcohol only in licensed venues, and none at all anywhere in Sharjah.
Guest travel
The weekend here is Saturday and Sunday, with Friday a half day for the federal government — which changes the best arrival day for guests.
Entry
Your guests may need an entry product; it can be bought on the same reference as the rest of the trip.
The order that saves six months
Legalise the documents first, then settle the legal route, then choose the ground and the season, then the venue, then the dates. Everybody who reverses that order loses a season.
