This policy governs cancellations, postponements and amendments to bookings made through the UAE Grand Tour website.
Every booking on this site is paid in full at the time of booking. There is no deposit and no balance to settle later, and a booking is confirmed only once the full price has been received. Because the money is already with us, a cancellation charge is never invoiced to you: it is deducted from what you have already paid, and the remainder is refunded to you under our Refund and Dispute Policy.
01Telling us
A cancellation, postponement or amendment takes effect when we receive it in writing from the lead traveller or the booking agent. It is the date we receive that notice, and not the date it was written, that determines the charge below.
02What a cancellation costs
The charge is a percentage of the total package price. The balance is refunded to you.

Items already issued that cannot be refunded are deducted before this scale is applied to the rest. The next section says which they are.
03What cannot come back once it is issued
Some parts of a journey are bought from a third party the moment they are confirmed, and that third party does not return the money. Once issued, their cost is not refundable whatever notice you give:
- airline tickets, which are subject to the airline's own fare rules and may be non-refundable or carry their own penalty;
- United Arab Emirates visa fees;
- travel insurance;
- attraction and experience tickets, such as theme parks, observation decks, desert safari and cruises;
- special event tickets.
Where an item is non-refundable we tell you at the time of booking, and its full cost is deducted before the scale above is applied to the rest of the journey.
04Peak periods and special conditions
- During public holidays, festive seasons and major events, such as New Year, the Eid holidays and large international exhibitions, hotels and providers impose stricter terms, and those terms apply to your booking. They are advised at the time of booking.
- Promotional offers, discounted tickets, partner-operated experiences and special events may carry different cancellation conditions. Where they do, those conditions are stated at the time of booking and prevail over this policy.
05Changing a confirmed booking
Name changes, travel dates, hotels and itinerary changes are subject to availability and may carry additional charges from the providers involved. We may decline an amendment where operational, safety or regulatory requirements prevent it.
Where an amendment cannot be delivered, your original booking stands until you tell us to cancel it. Nothing is charged for asking.
06When we have to change or cancel
We may amend an itinerary because of weather, operational requirements, government regulation or force majeure, and we will provide a comparable alternative wherever one exists. Where we cancel or postpone, you may be offered, as applicable:
- transfer to the rescheduled dates;
- a credit towards a future UAE Grand Tour journey;
- an equivalent alternative experience; or
- a full refund.
Which remedy applies depends on the nature of what was cancelled and the circumstances that caused it. Where the remedy is a refund, it is a full refund and the scale above does not apply.
07Limits
- Except where the law does not allow it, we are not responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the cancellation, postponement or modification of a journey or an event.
- Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
08Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may amend this policy from time to time. Any amendment takes effect upon publication on this website.
